- 4 cups cooked beans with broth
- 1 cup (tea) water
- 1 cup diced bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked and chopped cassava
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- Olive oil for seasoning
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend the beans with the broth, water and bacon broth. Book.
- In a pan, fry the bacon in its own fat over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the cassava and brown for 2 minutes.
- Add the whipped cream to the beans and stir until it boils.
- Season with salt, if necessary, pepper and green chilies.
