Baked thigh with potatoes and onion

Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Fondor® type seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano)
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 seedless tomatoes chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- Season the chicken with garlic, season, rub in half the butter, herbs and transfer to a baking dish.
