1. Purees and creamy soups
One of the first tips is to use the mixer to prepare purees and creamy soups directly into the pan. Instead of throwing everything into a blender, the mixer lets you do it conveniently with less work (and mess).
A perfect example of this is pumpkin and ginger soup, which can be easily prepared using a blender. After cooking the pumpkin with the spices and water, simply blend everything with a mixer until you obtain a creamy consistency, without the need for additional dirty dishes.

- 1 piece of 5cm ginger
- 1 onion
