Brigadeiro with a Neapolitan spoon

Time: 1h30 (+3h in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 packs of cream (600g)
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons Nesquik®
  • Milk chocolate flakes to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, pour 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, sifted egg yolks and essence.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring until it thickens and no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Remove from the heat, mix in 1 pack of cream and let it cool.
  4. Distribute into individual transparent cups and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Place another pan over low heat with 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and the chocolate powder, stirring until it thickens and no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  6. Remove from the heat, mix in 1 pack of cream and let it cool.
  7. Pour into cups over the white brigadeiro and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  8. Blend the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  9. Pour into a pan, add the remaining condensed milk, Nesquik®, remaining butter and cook over low heat, stirring until it thickens and no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  10. Remove from the heat, stir in the remaining cream and leave to cool.
  11. Pour into cups over dark brigadeiro.
  12. Decorate the spoonful of Neapolitan brigadeiro with chocolate flakes and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
