Meat empanadas

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of soft wheat flour (approximately)
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) water
- Wheat flour for dusting
Filling:
- 1 onion chopped
- 500 g of minced meat
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 boiled potatoes diced
- 1 cooked carrot diced
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- For the filling, in a pan, brown the onion and minced meat in oil, add the cooked vegetables, olives, eggs and salt, mix and set aside.
- Mix the dough ingredients, knead well until a smooth mixture is obtained, add more flour if necessary.
- Roll out on a smooth and floured surface, cut into 10 cm discs, place a portion of filling on each disc and close by pressing with a fork, forming a crescent shape.
- Place on a floured baking tray, side by side, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
