Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of lemon flavored gelatine powder
  • 1/2 cup (tea) boiling water
  • 1 bag of unflavored green gelatin
  • 1 can of cold condensed milk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 4 cups lemon ice cream
  • Lemon slices to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the water.
  2. In a blender, beat the lemon gelatin, dissolved unflavored gelatin according to package instructions, condensed milk, lemon juice, cream and ice cream until very creamy.
