Cultivating mindfulness can improve mental health and interpersonal relationships

Physiologist Bianca Vilela explains how practicing mindfulness – or full attention – can help you develop a kinder posture, benefiting mental health and strengthening interpersonal connections.
“Kindness often begins with the ability to be present in the moment, something that mindfulness teaches us in profound ways,” she says. 2. Listen carefully
