Ingredients:
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 cups mango juice
- 1 cup (tea) condensed milk
- Greasing oil
Syrup:
- 1 cup (tea) mango juice
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Preparation method:
- Sprinkle the gelatin in 1/2 cup (tea) mango juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a pan, heat over low heat to melt.
- Blend the dissolved gelatin, remaining juice and condensed milk in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Place the cream in a 22 cm diameter mold with a hole in the center or in a decorative mold greased with oil.
- Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Mix the syrup ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Unmold the pudding and serve it with the mango syrup. If desired, decorate with chopped mango.
