Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 cups mango juice
  • 1 cup (tea) condensed milk
  • Greasing oil

Syrup:

  • 1 cup (tea) mango juice
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Preparation method:

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin in 1/2 cup (tea) mango juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat over low heat to melt.
  3. Blend the dissolved gelatin, remaining juice and condensed milk in a blender for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the cream in a 22 cm diameter mold with a hole in the center or in a decorative mold greased with oil.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. Mix the syrup ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  7. Unmold the pudding and serve it with the mango syrup. If desired, decorate with chopped mango.
