Grilled salmon with soy sauce
Time: 35 minutes
Performance: 4 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 sachet of powdered fish seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, sesame seeds and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the soy sauce and cook for 8 minutes or until slightly reduced.
- Turn off and pass through a sieve. Book.
- Season the salmon with seasoning powder and salt.
- Melt the butter in a pan with a grill over high heat and grill the fillets for 3 minutes on each side, without letting them brown too much.
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve separately with the sauce.
