Chocolate Maria-Mole pudding
Time: 15 minutes (+6 hours in the fridge)
Performance: 6 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
Syrup:
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
Pudding:
- 1 box of Maria-Mole chocolate
- 1 cup (tea) boiling water
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- Greasing oil
- Granules of chocolate to taste for sprinkling
- Chocolate flavored ice cream coating
Preparation method:
- Prepare a syrup with milk and chocolate powder, place it in a buttered 20cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and set aside.
- Place the Maria Mole chocolate dissolved in boiling water in the blender, add it to the milk, condensed milk and cream and blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour into reserved pan and refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Unmold, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and, if desired, serve with chocolate topping.
