Crispy breaded prawns
Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g of cleaned large prawns
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup (tea) cold water
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Frying oil
Sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, heat all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring until it thickens slightly.
- Unplug and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with garlic, lemon and salt.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, ice water, yeast and a pinch of salt.
- Dip the prawns in this mixture and fry them, little by little, in hot oil until golden.
- Drain them on absorbent paper, transfer them to a serving plate and serve with the sauce.
