Bruna Marquezine prepared a chocolate panettone with Cedric Grolet in a commercial action created by a Brazilian brand. He is a renowned Parisian pastry chef, considered one of the best in the world and the actress became the first Brazilian to cook with the professional.
“Bruna Marquezine invited me to make an iconic Brazilian Christmas recipe… Obviously I said yes! And so the trompe l’oeil chocolate panettone was born”, wrote the chef in the caption of the Instagram post.
Cedric Grolet is a phenomenon in Paris with his creative productions, often queuing up to try his desserts: croissants, chocolate treats, tarts and filled fruit recreations. An apple-shaped dessert, for example, costs 22 euros (about R$133).
“Wow, how strange, people are standing like baker dogs on the glass waiting for the guy to prepare the goods,” said one follower while watching a video of him in a group huddled, outside the street, watching him prepare a cake.
The chef has more than 11.6 million followers on Instagram alone and posts videos there while he prepares his delicacies and receives lots of comments from people interested in trying them.
“I never wanted to visit France until I saw Cedric’s videos,” commented one Internet user.
“I waste hours here watching videos. I dream of being there. I dream of eating one each,” another follower said.
