Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 cups salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1kg of pubic mass
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, bring the sugar and water to a low heat and cook for 5 minutes, after boiling, or until a thin syrup forms, without darkening.
  2. Turn off the heat and mix the butter and salt until completely melted. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the puba mixture, alternating it with the egg yolks, one by one, and the coconut milk, until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. Gradually add the cold syrup and mix until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve 3 times.
  5. Pour into a greased mold in the center with a diameter of 30 cm and bake in a medium preheated oven in a bain-marie for 1 hour or until golden.
  6. Let it cool and serve.
