- 500 g of peeled potatoes
- 1 cup of tea oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup tomato sauce

Preparation method
Place the potatoes in a pan, cover with water, salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water and place the potatoes in a container. Mash with the help of a fork and add the oats, egg, salt and black pepper. Mix until you obtain a smooth mixture and, if necessary, add a little more oats. Give the gnocchi the desired shape and set them aside.
In a pan, add water and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Gradually, with the help of a slotted spoon, add the gnocchi to the pan and cook them until they float to the surface. Drain and arrange on a plate. Cover with tomato sauce and serve immediately.

Add the mashed potatoes and cream and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a refractory dish, assemble the skin in sequence: a layer of puree, a layer of chicken and, finally, another layer of puree. Place in the preheated oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes.
