Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of chicken legs and thighs
  • 1 pack of onion cream (68g)
  • 1kg of peeled small potatoes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 glass of dry red wine
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup (tea) water
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​pickled mushrooms

Preparation method:

  1. Dip the chicken pieces in the mayonnaise and then in the soup.
  2. Spread the chicken pieces onto a large greased baking tray, leaving space between them, and place in a preheated medium oven, covered with aluminum foil, for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente and drain.
