The network is full of videos of bloggers trying the most popular dessert of the season – Dubai chocolate, and their subscribers are ready to overpay just to get this fashionable foreign delicacy. But you don’t have to: we have found a simple recipe for you to prepare Dubai chocolate at home.
So, preparing Dubai chocolate at home is not difficult. First of all, you will need chocolate: dark or milk, choose according to your tastes. For the filling, take pistachio paste (you can also prepare it yourself or buy it ready-made in the markets), sesame paste and kadaif (this is the dough base for oriental sweets, you can also find them in large supermarkets and markets). And of course you will need a chocolate mold in which we will prepare the treat.
Step 1
Melt around 200 grams of chocolate in a bain-marie and pour half into a chocolate mold. Make sure the chocolate is evenly distributed in the mold. Let it cool.
Step 2
Cut about 100 grams of kadaif into small pieces and fry them in a pan with plenty of butter until golden and crispy. Mix the chopped “threads” with 100 grams of pistachio cream and a tablespoon of sesame paste.
Step 3
Distribute the resulting mixture evenly over the chocolate and leave to cool.
