How to decorate a Christmas tree for the New Year 2025 so as not to scare away luck: avoid these toys!

It may seem that the Snake and the Dragon look alike and have the same tastes. Sometimes their preferences coincide, but not when it comes to color. The Dragon likes red – the Snake can’t stand it. If you don’t want to make her angry, leave the red balloons, garlands and bows in the box until next year.

Other toys with catchy shades and sparkling chrome decor are also worth hanging on them: the Snake prefers calm, muted colors. In addition, the mistress of the year, unlike the Dragon, is afraid of open flames, so it is better to do without candles and sparklers. (The firefighters agree with the Snake on this matter. Coincidence? We don’t think so!)

Remember that the Snake is jealous and will not tolerate rivals. If you have a collection of toys that symbolize the year, it is better to keep it away from the Christmas tree – do not hang decorations depicting other animals of the eastern calendar on it, otherwise the symbol of 2025 will be offended by you, and the Snake has a very good memory. She also doesn’t like anything artificial, so try to avoid overtly plastic decor.

As you might guess, first of all you will need toys in the form of the mistress of the year – the Snake must see that they are waiting for him in the house. Anything that reminds you of it is also suitable – for example, serpentine, ribbons or garlands that wrap around the tree.

If the Dragon adores gold, the Snake prefers colors that, according to designers, help create an atmosphere of “quiet luxury”: muted shades of green, brown and other earthy colors. She prefers laconic shapes, so the more ordinary the balls are on the tree, the better.

Another weakness of the Snake is everything natural: the more wooden decorations there are in your house, the more comfortable he will feel there. By the way, don’t limit yourself to the Christmas tree: think, for example, of an arrangement of dried flowers or ordinary branches in a vase – both are fashionable this holiday season.
