Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wheat grains
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can of cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch of washed lettuce

Preparation method:

  1. Place the wheat in a pressure cooker and cover it with water up to 3 fingers above the grains.
  2. Cover and place over low heat and cook for 30 minutes from when the pressure starts.
