Ingredients:
- 1 sliced panettone (500g)
- 1 and 1/2 box of cream
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 pack of champagne biscuits (170g)
- Milk and white chocolate flakes and cherries to decorate
Coverage
- 200g chopped milk chocolate
- 1/2 pack of cream (100g)
Preparation method:
- Arrange the panettone slices on the bottom of a 24 cm diameter springform pan, pressing well and leaving no space between one slice and another. Book.
- Beat condensed milk, cream and prepared gelatin according to package instructions for 1 minute.
- Pour onto the panettone slices and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Remove, unmold and place the cut champagne biscuits, one next to the other, to the side of the cake. Book.
- For the covering, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the cream.
- Spread on the cake, decorate with chocolate flakes and cherries and serve.
