- 4 stations salmon
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped

- Salt and olive oil to taste
Preparation method
Place the fish in a container and season it with salt, garlic, onion and white wine. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Then grease a baking tray with olive oil and place the potatoes on it. Cover with the salmon steaks and spread the butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve then.
Fish stuffed with prawn crumble
Ingredients
Fish
- 1 whole fish, boned and opened for the filling
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch of chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
Farofa
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup of tea Bacon dice
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup cleaned shrimp
- 2 cups cassava flour
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and chopped coriander to taste
Preparation method
Place the fish in a container and season it with lemon juice, garlic, coriander and salt. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate while you prepare the filling.
In a pan, place the butter and place it over medium heat to melt. Add the bacon and fry. Add the onion, garlic and prawns and sauté until golden brown. Then add the cassava flour and mix until crispy. Turn off the heat and season with coriander, lemon zest and salt. Stuff the fish with the mixture and place it on a baking tray greased with butter. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Serve then.

Breaded carp steaks
Ingredients
- 4 carp steaks
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 egg smoothies
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Rosemary, lemon slices and star anise to decorate
- Frying oil
Preparation method
Under running water, wash the carp steaks and dry them with absorbent paper. Transfer to a container and season with lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, place the wheat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in three different containers. Dip each carp steak in wheat flour, dip it in eggs and finish by covering it with breadcrumbs. Book.

- 400 g of mayonnaise

Preparation method
In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the fish, salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add the carrots, potatoes, corn, olives and hearts of palm and sauté for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and transfer it to a container with a lid. Finally add the mayonnaise and mix to combine. Cover and place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve then.
