Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 cans milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 cup (tea) chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon walnut essence
  • Walnuts to taste to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. In a saucepan, add the sugar and heat over low heat, stirring until it forms a caramel.
  2. Distribute it in an 18 cm diameter pan with a hole in the center and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into the caramelized mold.
  4. Bake in a medium preheated bain-marie oven for 50 minutes or until firm and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  6. Unmold, decorate with walnuts and serve.
