Turkey breast sausage

Time: 10 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 300g diced smoked turkey breast
  • 150 g of diced mozzarella
  • 1 glass of chopped hearts of palm (300 g)
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup cream (tea).
  • 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped chives for sprinkling
  • Potatoes in straw to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. Place the turkey breast, mozzarella, hearts of palm, raisins, corn, olives, cream, cream cheese, salt in a bowl and mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle with chives and decorate with straw potatoes. Serve then.
