The creaminess of the flan mixes with the acidic flavor of the fruit, leaving the dessert balanced and delicate.

Yoghurt flan with red fruits

Time: 30min (+4h in the fridge)

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of light powdered gelatine with red fruit flavour
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of natural yogurt (200g)
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (tea)
  • 1/2 cup chopped blackberries
  • Greasing oil
  • Strawberries and blackberries to decorate

Syrup:

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) water
  • 1 dessert spoon of cornstarch

Preparation method:

  1. For the syrup, blend all the ingredients in the blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a pan and place over low heat.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling or until thickened and reduced. Let it cool.
  4. For the flan, blend the gelatin, milk and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the condensed milk, yogurt and beat to combine.
  6. Add the fruit and mix with a spoon.
  7. Transfer to a medium, greased, fluted pan.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turn out, decorate with fruit, drizzle with cold syrup and serve.
