White chocolate mousse with lemon

Ingredients:
- 200 g of melted white chocolate
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup (tea) condensed milk
- 1 egg white
- Lemon zest for garnish
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the melted white chocolate, ricotta cream, lemon juice and condensed milk for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a bowl, add the egg white and mix gently.
- Transfer to bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
