- 1 jar of cream cheese (200 g)
- 2 cups diced provolone
Preparation method:
- Place a pressure cooker over medium heat with the oil and brown the bacon and minced meat for 3 minutes.
- Add the onion and tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, the water with the dissolved broth, the pasta and the salt.
- Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off, let the pressure release and open the pan.
- Add the basil, ricotta, provolone and mix.
- Transfer to a refractory dish and serve.

- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken

- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 packs of ready-made béchamel (400g)

- 2 cups cold water
- Chopped parsley and grated parmesan for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a large pressure cooker, over high heat, fry the bacon until all the fat is released.
- Add the chicken and fry until golden brown
- Season with salt and pepper
- Turn off the pan and then add the pasta, chicken broth, béchamel sauce, cream and water.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off, wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the pan.
- Then serve sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
Brazilian pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pepper sausage cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/2 pack of raw pasta with vines
- 1 can sautéed tomato sauce
- Salt to taste

Preparation method:
- In a pan, fry the sausage in oil and add the onion until golden brown.
- Add the tagliatelle and brown them a little.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and brown.
- Add boiling water (two more fingers after covering the noodles).
- Stir in the green chilies and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- The noodles should be very wet.
Baked carbonara pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of spaghetti (500g)
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups fresh cream
- 2 cups grated parmesan

- 300 g of chopped bacon
- 3 tablespoons butter
Preparation method:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and reserve.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
- Add the cream, half the parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Book.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the bacon in butter until golden brown.
- Add to the pasta and mix.

- 1 pack of pasta
- vine (500g)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 5 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, in a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato, vegetable broth and water.
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes or until a thick sauce has formed.
- Add broccoli, chicken, olives and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the curd, turn off the heat and season with salt, pepper and green chilli.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and add it to the sauce.
- Transfer to a large refractory dish and serve immediately.
