Chocolate mousse
Ingredients
- 6 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 80 g of milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Chocolate chips to taste
Preparation method
Place the egg yolks and condensed milk in a mixer and beat until you obtain a smooth consistency. Book. In a container, place the chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Then, in another container, add the melted chocolate, the egg yolk mixture and mix until smooth. Pour the mousse into individual glasses and set aside. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and cover the mousse. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Colored jelly
Ingredients
- 10 g of strawberry jelly
- 10 g of lemon jelly
- 10 g Tutti-frutti gelatine
- 10 g of grape jelly
- 20 g of gelatine pineapple
- 550 ml of hot water
- 550 ml of ice water
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream
Preparation method
Place the strawberry jelly in a container, cover with 100 ml of hot water and mix. Add 100 ml of ice water and mix. Repeat the process with the rest of the jelly, except the pineapple, and refrigerate for 4 hours. After this time, remove the gelatin from the refrigerator and, using a knife, cut it into cubes. Arrange on a plate and set aside.
Place the pineapple jelly and 50 ml of hot water in a container and mix. Add 50 ml of ice water and mix. Transfer to a blender, add the condensed milk and cream and blend to combine. Pour the mixture over the jellies and spread. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve then.
vanilla cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 egg yolks
Preparation method
Sift the wheat flour with half the sugar into a container and set aside. In a saucepan, add the milk and the rest of the sugar, mix and heat over medium heat until it boils. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour and sugar and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add to vanilla essence and the egg yolks and mix until you obtain a thick cream. Remove from the heat, wait for it to cool and serve with bread or desserts.

Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of strawberry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 375 ml of water
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a creamy mixture. Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Serve then.
Wafer candy pavé with dulce de leche
Ingredients
- 395 g of milk cream
- 250 g of cream
- 200 g crushed wafer sweets
Preparation method
Place the dulce de leche and cream in a container and mix. Then, on a serving plate, make a layer of dulce de leche and cover with the wafer candy. Repeat the operation until the entire container is filled, saving half of the candies for decoration. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Next, remove the pavé from the fridge and decorate with the rest of the chocolates. Serve then.
