Summary
Roseli Siqueira, pioneer cosmetologist of natural beauty, shares her successful journey in aesthetics, consolidated with personality recognition and the opening of a sophisticated clinic in São Paulo and Brasilia.
Is starting the profession early a guarantee of success? Yes, in the case of cosmetologist Roseli Siqueira, one of the pioneers of natural beauty. With his hairdresser mother, at the age of 14 he took his first steps and was already experimenting with what would become his great passion, applying facial masks to clients on a beauty chair, separated by a small curtain from the family salon.
The awakening to natural prejudice came from the work “Moreninha”, by Joaquim Manuel de Macedo, a classic of Brazilian literature. “I always really liked reading, and the part of the book where the women pinched their faces to make them blush caught my attention,” recalls the São Paulo native, with a degree in Fine Arts.
It uses the study as an allied tool in the search for innovation in its protocols with electromagnetic exchange devices and cosmetics with biotechnological active ingredients. All this has given recognition to a team of personalities such as Izabel Goulart, Isabella Fiorentino, Carolina Ferraz, Maya Massafera, Zezé Polessa, Fafá de Belém, and their portfolio of almost five thousand clients – including those from other states and even from abroad , just to benefit from treatment with a specialist.
In Buenos Aires, Argentina, she learned firsthand about the concept of energy and cosmetic work. “We took care of our skin before the dermatologist became known. I found respect for human beings beautiful because, often, skin problems can be caused by an emotional disorder and I learned to find a balance”, explains the specialist.
He too was in the United States and took a course from singer Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, who removed the blemishes from his face in a week with the application of hydroquinone, a substance used for whitening. “The stain may come away, but other problems can occur that compromise the health of the cells. Not to mention that I have seen other lectures where specialists used excessive lasers, acids, such as glycolic and retinoic acid, and very strong peels. All this, in my opinion, is very harmful,” he comments.

Roseli Siqueira has already faced disapproval from companies, who don’t like her positioning. Many have even asked her to remove content from her website, especially the one that still remains in her speeches today: such as not recommending the use of sunscreen. “Some business owners have tried to fine me for remaining true to the principles I believe in,” he says.
In his search for knowledge, he visited different places, such as Milan, Shanghai, Dubai, Paris… among his stories, he observed an 83-year-old Vietnamese monk who reproduced on his face the same touches that he already did during the application his Splendid Massage, a celebrity favorite, and had a clear feeling he was on the right track. Two years after that meeting, Roseli took her son, who had a serious heart problem, to be treated and cared for by the same monk.
Today, with more than 40 years dedicated to the profession, he owns the Roseli Siqueira Integrated Aesthetics Center, in Jardim Europa, in São Paulo, one of the most sophisticated addresses in the city, and is opening a unit in Brasilia, in the southern Hotel sector ( SHS)/Complexo Brasil 21.
The new space, in Brasilia, follows the same line as that of the capital Sao Paulo and is distributed over two floors, with adequately equipped rooms, the rooms are decorated in soft tones, with aromas and sounds that create a feeling of well-being and light who values hospitality and comfort. “We also added natural stones and pebbles, as they represent my struggles and achievements. It wasn’t easy to get here. I studied a lot, researched assets and technologies, all to offer the best of natural beauty to my clients,” says Roseli Siqueira.
And when you say you want to offer the best, it doesn’t just mean providing treatments and cosmetics, but having highly trained professionals to follow your philosophy to the letter. Around 45 employees work between the two units, including beauticians and physiotherapists, who undergo rigorous training with Roseli Siqueira. It takes a year to learn just the body movements. When they are ready, they begin training in facial techniques, which takes another three years to complete. Body assessments? The professional must have at least five years of clinical experience to reach this stage.
Gold leaf treatments and European technologies
His personalized and authorial protocols, inspired by his studies and travels, go beyond manual techniques. “On the contrary, natural beauty can and should use technology to treat numerous conditions such as melasma, acne, blemishes, cellulite, sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles. Among our beauty secrets there is a technological arsenal that uses bioenergetics to work on circulation and oxygenation, promoting a lifting effect – visible immediately -, helping to make the skin more uniform, compact and rejuvenated”, explains Roseli Siqueira.
The flagship of the clinics is the Splendido Massage, which acts on 500 reflex points of the face, combating sagging skin, shaping contours and relieving stress. “During the procedure, a chocolate mask, patented by the clinic, is applied, which helps detoxify the skin, minimize dark circles and restore liveliness. At the end, gold leaves are added to enhance the effect of this mask,” reveals the natural beauty expert.
There’s also a relaxing massage, which uses jade and gold rollers to improve cellular oxygenation and blood flow. The other protagonist of the house is the Dynamit massage, completed with carotene from the Sappajo mask, to stimulate collagen.
The list also includes modeling drainage, which contributes to the definition of the body contour and improves eutony (tone), affecting the reduction of measurements; and hydration of the body, designed to regain vitality, especially in the driest areas.
Cosmetic line
Roseli Siqueira is a true alchemist and keeps all her natural and organic essence to develop her biotechnological products, without using synthetic raw materials, such as petroleum derivatives (silicone and mineral oils) or genetically modified products tested on animals. Today it has 26 cosmetics in its portfolio, including items for the body, face and hair, and the plan is to launch new products in 2025.
It is a pioneer in the use of apple stem cells as the active ingredient of Pomme d’Beauté, a cell regenerator that acts on the germinal layer of the skin and stimulates amino acids, improving the supply of collagen. There is the famous Gold line, which contains gold and chocolate, and has a lifting effect, and the Sapajjo line, which is pumpkin-based, which hydrates while protecting.
It has face masks, like Prata, made with Arctic glacial water, which works to hydrate and brighten skin; Candy Fruit, which combines raspberries with red clay to prevent and minimize acne episodes; and Flores, which combines different types, such as lotus, passion fruit and calendula, to nourish and even out the tone of the dermis.
There are natural makeup products, such as Pérola Powder (bionourishing face powder) and Glow (bioactivated illuminating complex), and a hair line, Elixir Eco-Green, with shampoo and conditioner based on baobab and biotechnological cocoa extract, which strengthen reflections restoring shine and softness, also promoting detoxification and balance of the scalp.
“It is a privilege to think about each formula and transform the active ingredients into products that care for your skin and hair and that will have a positive impact on your self-esteem. And now Brazilians will be able to see these benefits up close,” concludes Roseli Siqueira.
