Ingredients:
- 3 cups cubed roasted tenderloin
- 3 boiled potatoes diced
- 2 leek stalks chopped
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped pineapple in syrup
- 1/2 cup cream (tea).
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves and straw potatoes to decorate
- 1 cup potato straw
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, place the fillet, potato, leek, apple, onion, pineapple, cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and then mix
- Transfer to a plate lined with lettuce leaves and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove and decorate with straw potatoes to serve immediately.
