Airfryer Banana Oat Cake Ingredients:
– 2 very ripe bananas, cut into slices
– 1/2 very ripe banana(s), cut into cubes
– 2 units of eggs
– 1/2 cup(s) demerara sugar + a little to sprinkle the mold
– 1/4 cup(s) oil + a little to grease the pan
– 100 g of gluten-free oat flakes
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon THE
– 1/2 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast THE
PREPARATION:
- For 2 portions use a 20X10X6 cm baking tray.
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
- Peel the bananas and cut them as indicated in the ingredients.
- Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with demerara sugar.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

Banana cake with oats – preparation of the dough:
- Place the eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon and sliced bananas in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the oats and diced banana and stir to combine.
- Finally add the yeast and mix again.
- Place the dough in the greased and floured pan.
Banana cake with oats in the Airfryer:
- Place the pan in the Airfryer basket and place it in the drawer.
- Insert the drawer into the appliance preheated to 160°C and cook for approximately 25 minutes, this time depends on the power of the appliance.
- To check if it is cooked, do the toothpick test: place the toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is ready.
- Remove the cake from the Airfryer and shake it to see if it releases from the pan.
- Leave to cool and turn out onto a plate or cutting board.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Turn the banana cake with oats on the plate or tray where you will serve it.
- Serve sliced.
