Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup natural yogurt
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon honey to sweeten (optional)
- Ice to taste
Preparation method:
- Start by washing and removing the green stems of the strawberries.
- Place the strawberries and yogurt in the blender and blend, adding the milk little by little, until you obtain a creamy consistency.
