Special sweet bread

Time: 1h (+50min rest)

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of fresh organic yeast
  • 3 cups of hot milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup (tea) crystal sugar

Preparation method:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the sugar and salt.
  2. Add the butter and wheat flour little by little, mixing well.
  3. Let rise for 30 minutes or until it has doubled in volume.
  4. Prepare the bread, place it on a baking tray, brush it with egg yolks and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
  5. Leave to rise for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and serve.
