Method of preparation:

Sprinkle the slice of bread with milk and crumble it with your hands. Blend the sausage, onion, egg, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender until it forms a paste. Pour the pasta into a bowl over the meat and mash it with your hands. Form 4 hamburgers. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.

  • 1 cup (tea) + 1 slice of crumbled wholemeal bread

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 grated potato
  • 1 chopped courgette
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

Assembly:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Method of preparation:

In a pan, put the water and soy proteins. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the soy protein is hydrated and soft. Drain and let cool. In a bowl, put the soy protein and add the rest of the burger ingredients. Mix, kneading with your hands to the point of modeling. If it is too moist, add more crumbled bread. If it’s too dry, add another egg. Form 4 hamburgers.

In a non-stick pan with oil, over medium heat, fry on both sides until golden brown. Open a sandwich and, on one side, place a lettuce leaf, a hamburger, a slice of mozzarella and a slice of tomato. Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix the meat, egg and onion soup powder with your hands until well combined. Divide into 8 portions and shape the burgers. In a bowl, mix half of the cheese, ham and oregano to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped hake (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of boiled potatoes
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 canned anchovy fillets
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1/2 cup (s) of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 gems
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • Bread flour for breading
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation:

Chop the fish, potato, onion, anchovies and vegetable broth in a food processor. Pour into a bowl and mix with the cheese, egg yolks and flour. Mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.   • 3 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 grated carrots

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 jar of natural yogurt (200 g)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 10 chopped mint leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

For the sauce, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate. Cook the potatoes in hot water until soft. Drain all the water and pass through the still hot juicer. Put in a bowl, add the egg, grated carrot, semolina, mushrooms, crumbled bread, salt and pepper until a homogeneous mass is formed.
