Healthy, sugar-free banana cookie with just 3 ingredients, made with gluten-free oats. A simple and nutritious recipe, ready in just a few minutes

Ingredients Banana biscuit 3 ingredients

– 2 units of silver bananas

– 80 g peanut butter, whole, unsweetened

– 1 1/2 cups of gluten-free oat flakes, previously toasted

PREPARATION:

  1. Approximate yield: 5 biscuits of 4cm each – every 2 servings. Tip: flavor with cinnamon, vanilla essence or almond essence (optional).
  2. Lightly toast the oat flakes in a pan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  4. Line the baking tray(s) with baking paper.
  5. Separate other ingredients and utensils from the recipe.

PREPARATION:

Preparation of banana biscuit dough 3 ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana or bananas until they form a puree. This will be the wet base of the cookie dough.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix well until a smooth mixture forms.
  3. Add the previously toasted oat flakes, mixing until the ingredients are well integrated into the banana mixture.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, take a portion of the dough and place it on the tray(s), flattening it slightly to a thickness of 1 cm.

Bake Healthy Cookies:

  1. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the banana biscuits for 12-15 minutes, until they start to brown.
  2. Halfway through cooking, turn the biscuits.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before serving.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Leave the 3 ingredient healthy biscuits cool completely to set.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
  3. Shop gluten-free and sugar-free biscuits in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
