Ingredients Banana biscuit 3 ingredients
– 2 units of silver bananas
– 80 g peanut butter, whole, unsweetened
– 1 1/2 cups of gluten-free oat flakes, previously toasted
PREPARATION:
- Approximate yield: 5 biscuits of 4cm each – every 2 servings. Tip: flavor with cinnamon, vanilla essence or almond essence (optional).
- Lightly toast the oat flakes in a pan.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Line the baking tray(s) with baking paper.
- Separate other ingredients and utensils from the recipe.
PREPARATION:
Preparation of banana biscuit dough 3 ingredients:
- In a bowl, mash the banana or bananas until they form a puree. This will be the wet base of the cookie dough.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well until a smooth mixture forms.
- Add the previously toasted oat flakes, mixing until the ingredients are well integrated into the banana mixture.
- Using an ice cream scoop, take a portion of the dough and place it on the tray(s), flattening it slightly to a thickness of 1 cm.
Bake Healthy Cookies:
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the banana biscuits for 12-15 minutes, until they start to brown.
- Halfway through cooking, turn the biscuits.
- Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before serving.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Leave the 3 ingredient healthy biscuits cool completely to set.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Shop gluten-free and sugar-free biscuits in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
