Ingredients:

  • 5 courgettes, sliced ​​very thin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

Tomato sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 8 very ripe tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

White sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 cups (tea) skim milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste

Filling:

  • 400 g of ricotta
  • 500g turkey breast, sliced ​​and streaked

Preparation method:

  1. Season the courgettes with salt and pepper and quickly grill them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Book.
  2. For the tomato sauce, heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until a thick sauce has formed. Turn off and set aside.
  4. For the béchamel sauce, melt the margarine in a pan, add the flour and fry for 2 minutes, mixing well.
  5. Then add the milk and mixed egg yolks. Continue mixing until it becomes a thick cream.
  6. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Turn off and set aside.
  7. For the filling, mix the ricotta and turkey breast. Book.
  8. To assemble the lasagna, add a little béchamel sauce to a medium baking dish.
  9. Distribute many layers of courgettes, then spread the cheese and turkey breast filling and complete with the tomato sauce.
  10. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Place in preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
