  • 1 liter of skimmed milk
  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 12 g unflavored gelatine
  • 50g chopped dark chocolate
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation method

In a blender, beat milk, cocoa powder, unflavored gelatin, and sweetener until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a container and place in the freezer for 3 hours or until slightly firm. Remove from the freezer and beat the mixture with a mixer for about 10 minutes, to ensure a creamy consistency and avoid ice crystals.

After whipping, add the chopped dark chocolate pieces to the mixture and mix gently to distribute them evenly. Distribute the mixture into the ice cream cards, leaving space at the top for tying. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours or until completely frozen.

Strawberry and banana ice cream

Ingredients

  • 8 chopped strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced ​​and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons of skimmed milk

Preparation method
