Chicken and bacon pie

Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup fried bacon
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 15 shortcrust pastry discs
  • Frying oil

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, parsley, bacon, mozzarella and cream cheese.
  2. Fill and shape the pastries.
  3. In a pan, fry in heated oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
