AIRFRYER BROWN CHICKEN Ingredients:
– 1 kg of chicken (wing leg, drumstick or drumstick)
– 1 unit of lemon (juice)
– 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
– 1 teaspoon(s) of sweet paprika days of

PREPARATION:

- Start by preparing the chicken marinade (see preparation).

Chicken with Chicken – Marinade:
- Peel and chop the garlic very finely.
- If you don’t buy it already cut, cut the chicken into pieces: the ideal for this recipe is to leave the skin of the chicken so that it becomes crispier, but this is optional.
- Place the fried chicken pieces in a bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon over it and rub well.
- Add the minced garlic, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
- Mix, cover the bowl and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In this interval prepare the tartar sauce (optional).
Chicken with bird:
- Once the marinating time has elapsed, preheat the Airfryer to 180°C.
- Dry the chicken pieces with paper towels.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil or oil and toss.
- Sprinkle with the mimoso corn flour and mix again so that all the pieces are completely coated.
Chicken in the Airfryer – 1st roasting stage:
- Arrange the chicken pieces in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them, leaving space between them to allow air circulation. Cook in stages depending on the quantity of chicken.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the appliance preheated to 180ºC
- Close the Airfryer drawer and bake for about 15 minutes.
Chicken in the Airfryer – 2nd roasting stage:
- Increase the Airfryer temperature to 200°C.
- Continue cooking for another 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Depending on the power of your equipment and the size of the chicken pieces, these times may vary.
- When the chicken is golden and crispy, remove the equipment drawer.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Arrange the chicken pieces prepared in the Airfryer on a serving plate and serve immediately as a snack or main course with your favorite side dishes.
- If desired, accompany with a delicious tartar sauce.
