– 1 1/2 units of lemon (juice)

– 2 pieces of diced peaches in syrup (1 peach = 2 halves) + peach syrup (to taste)

– ground cinnamon to taste (a pinch) B

– mint to taste (leaves)

Ingredients TO DECORATE (OPTIONAL)

– orange to taste (slices) (optional)

– mint to taste (leaves) (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe. Pour the filtered water into an ice tray to serve the drink very cold.
  2. Wash and dry the oranges, peel the quantity to be cut, divide them into segments and cut the segments into cubes on a cutting board. Squeeze the juice from the rest of the oranges (see quantities in the ingredients). Enjoy and slice the orange(s) in the decoration, if desired.
  3. Wash and dry the grapefruit(s) (optional) and peel them, removing all the white part. Using a sharp knife, separate the cloves, discarding the skin between them.
  4. Wash and dry the lemon and squeeze the juice.
  5. Wash and dry the apple(s) and pear(s). Cut them into cubes, place them in separate bowls, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix to prevent them from blackening.
