Ground beef with okra

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 seedless tomato chopped
- 300g chopped okra
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 diced carrot
- 600 g of minced meat
- 1 sachet of powdered meat broth
- Salt, black pepper and fresh thyme to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, brown the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the okra, lemon juice, carrot and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the minced meat and the meat broth and fry until the water that forms in the pan has dried up, stirring occasionally.
