Tagliatelle with red sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato paste
- 6 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
- Fresh basil and grated parmesan for sprinkling
Preparation method
- Heat a large frying pan with oil over medium heat and fry the meat for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the extract and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- In a blender, blend the tomato with the water until a smooth mixture is obtained and pour into the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package or al dente. Drain and place on a plate.
- Cover with the sauce, sprinkle with basil, parmesan and serve.
