– 250 g of sweet potatoes: use ½ cup of sweet potato cooked every 2 portions
– 1/2 cup (s) water
– 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil + a little to fatten the shape
– 1 tablespoon (s) of salt – superficial (s)
– 1 cup (s) (tea) oat oat flour in gluten -free thin flakes
– 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of sweet splashes
– 1/2 cup (s) of rice flour + a little to sprinkle the shape (or full rice flour)
– 10 g of dry biological yeast br
– 1/2 spoon (s) (tea) of xanthan rubber
Pre-repair:
- Start by cooking the sweet potato because you have to cool (see preparation).
- This recipe has a good yield, even for 2 people: it produces a medium bread, just like the photo.
- While the potatoes cook and cool, separate the other tools and ingredients for the recipe.
- Grease the shape of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle a thin layer of rice flour.
PREPARATION:
Sweet potato – Cook:
- Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into thick slices.
- Put the sweet potato on a plate and cover with another dish.
