Cheese bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of standard minas cheese (half care) grated
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 250 g of acid flour (approximately)
  • Fry

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, cheese, oil and milk.
  2. Add the splashes gradually until it forms a homogeneous mass.
  3. If necessary, add more acid flour.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove, model the balls with your hands and cool for 1 hour.
  5. Gradually fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain on a paper napkin and serve then.
