Ingredients:
- 1 Mandarin without shell
- 1 cup of concentrated mandarin juice
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of yeast powder

Syrup:
- 2 and 1/2 cups of concentrated mandarin juice
- 3 cloves
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:
- Put the mandarin in a pan, bring over medium heat and cook for 40 minutes.

- Add eggs, sugar, flour, corn starch, yeast and beat for another 3 minutes.
