Cabolo-Flor table ingredients and vegetables:
– 1 1/3 unit (s) large purple onions (s) bite in small cubes
– 1 1/2 unit (s) large red chilli pepper, chopped in small cubes
– 1 1/2 unit (s) large yellow pepper (s), chopped in small cubes
– 1 unit (s) large green pepper (s), chopped in small cubes
– 800 g of cauliflower just divided abruptly
– 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
– chopped taste salsinha
– Go up to taste
Vinaigrette sauce ingredients
– 1 1/3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 unit (s) lemon (juice)
– 1 cup (s) of extra virgin olive oil
– Black sesame to taste
– Go up to taste
– Pepe to taste
Ingredients to finish:
– chopped taste salsinha
Pre-repair:
- Place a pan with high heat water to cook the cauliflower.
- Rough the cauliflower – stems and floors. Put a sieve and wash well. Start the preparation of the table (see preparation).
- Wash well, cut the onion, peppers. Put in a bowl where you can add the other ingredients from the table.
- Sanitize and cut the parsley. Let you use both for preparation and for finishing on paper towels to dry.
- Separate all the other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
PREPARATION:
Cauliflower card (do this step during pre-preparation):
- When the water boils, add a little salt and cauliflower.
- Cook until cooking, but still well crunchy (about 10 minutes).
- Continue pre-preparation (article 3).
Entrance or dessert (optional):
If you have chosen to create an appetizer or a dessert, take the opportunity to prepare because this recipe does not have a break.
Cauliflower table:
- Remove the cauliflower from the boil of water and put in a bowl of cold water to prevent it from continuing to cook.

- Beat well to emulsion.
Tabal and cauliflower vegetables:
- Season the cauliflower tongue with the vinaigrette sauce.
Finishing and assembly:
- Put the Cauliflower table and vegetables On a plate or, if you prefer, distribute on the plates, preferably backgrounds.
- Decorate with the chopped parsley.
