Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1.5 kg of hard curse in the medium cubes
  • 2 onions cut into 4 parts
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 6 tomatoes cut into 4 parts
  • 2 ribbing puppies
  • 1.5 kg potatoes in large pieces
  • 4 sliced ​​carrots
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of chopped parsley

Preparation:

  1. In a large pressure cooker over high heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown.
  2. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes and fry for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add the rib broth and beer.
  4. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes after the pressure start.
  5. Open the pan and place the potato and carrot.
  6. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Take the lid again and share with salt and pepper.
  8. If the potato is not soft, let it cook.
  9. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
