– 100 ml fresh cream
– 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan

Pre-repair:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
3. Start by cooking the aubergines in the microwave (see preparation).
4. For the filling, peel and cut the onion and garlic. Wash, dry and cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

PREPARATION:

Full provolone:
1. In a pan, fattened with olive oil, brown the onion, garlic and pepper of the girl’s finger, over high heat until the onion begins to obtain a little color without gilding it.
2. Add the tomato cubes and brown a little more without letting it crumble.
3. Add the chopped aubergine pulp, mix and cook for a few minutes.
4. Incorporate the provolone, the cheese cream, the sour cream and half of the Parmesan (see ingredients).
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Turn off the fire and add the basil, parsley and chives.
7. Rectification of salt and pepper.
8. With a spoon, fill the aubergine shells with the filling.
9. Arrange in a slightly greased pan with olive oil.
10. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on the filling.
11. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes to brown.
