Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 3 gems
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of cold water (approximately)

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion in slices
  • 10 fervent sausages in the slices
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of drained pea
  • 1 Empty green corn can
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Potato straw to sprinkle

Preparation:

  1. For the pasta, in a bowl, mix flour, salt, yolks and butter until it forms a wet crumb.
  2. Add the water gradually until it forms a homogeneous mass that unleashes the hands.
  3. If necessary, add more water. Wrap in a plastic casing and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. For the filling, in a pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the onion until it is passionate.
  5. Add sausage, sauce and brown for 3 minutes.
  6. Add pea, corn, season with salt, pepper and mix until the ingredients are incorporated. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  7. Add the beaten eggs and set aside.
  8. Spread the dough with the help of a roll and align an medium removable pan.
  9. Remove the excess pasta, spread the filling and cook, preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it heat and upset. Sprinkle with straw potatoes and serve.
