Polenta creamy vegan ingredients

– 2 tablespoons (s) (dessert) of olive oil

– 4 teeth of garlic, chopped

– 2 stalks of celery (i), about 10 cm each stem, whole (i)

– 800 ml of boiling water

– 1 cup (s) (tea) of pre-polenta corn flour

– 200 ml of almond milk

– Go up to taste

Pre-repair:

1. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

2. Put a kettle on the fire with boiling water to cook the polenta.

3. Peel the garlic and cut.

4. Wash and dry the celery.

PREPARATION:

Vegan creamy polenta:

1. In a pan, jump the garlic and the entire celery in olive oil until the garlic is slightly golden.

2. Add boiling water (see quantity in the ingredients) and season with salt.

3. Cook for 3 minutes to mix the flavors, discard the celery.

4. Moisten the corn flour with a little cold water.

5 If necessary, mix with a thread scout so that it is smooth, without lumps.

6. Incorporate the almond milk, mix well and keep it on fire for a few more minutes until it is incorporated.

7. Reject the salt and turn off the fire.

Finishing and assembly:

1. Put the vegan creamy polenta on a plate or, if you prefer, divide it on the plates, close to your main one.
