Ingredients:

  • 4 sliced ​​aubergines
  • Salt and olive oil to taste
  • 1 box of sour bread (200g)
  • 1 Cremosa Cagliata pot (200g)
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan

Sauté of Meat:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 g of diced bacon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 800 g of minced meat
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Rooms and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation:
