Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of champagne biscuits
  • 400 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 cans of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of butter in pieces
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of orange peel zest
  • 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur, rum or brandy (optional)
  • 100 g of chopped white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of toasted almond chips (or chopped anacardi)

Preparation:

  1. Assign a 22 cm removable lower shape with parchment paper, arrange a layer of cookies, cut in half, on the bottom and sides of the pan.
  2. Lateral biscuits should have the tip cut to fix.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave oven or in a water bath and mix with 1 and 1/2 can of sour cream, butter and honey, mixing until they are completely incorporated.
  4. Add half of the zest and half the liqueur and pour over the shape.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and mix the sour cream and the remaining liqueur.
  6. Distribute on the dark cream, straightening well with a spoon and mixing with a fork.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining peel and almonds or nuts and keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving or even stopped.
  8. Disconnect with care and transfer to a plate.
  9. If you wish, decorate with orange and serve then.
